The Use and Promise of Conversational Agents in Digital Health

A number of our CRE researchers Dr Tilman Dingler, Dr Dominika Kwasnicka, Jing Wei, Enying Gong and Prof Brian Oldenburg have published a recent article f in the International Medical Informatics association, (IMIA), Yearbook The article reviews recent advances in technologies underpinning conversational agents and their use and potential for healthcare and improving health outcomes.
